In the second action, students from Croatia collected 76 kilograms of plastic bottle caps

Students of fourth class

A total of 76 kilograms of plastic bottle caps were collected in the second collection action this school year. The collection action was held on April 6, and the fourth-graders collected the most plastic bottle caps. They collected a total of 12.5 kilograms, and the record holder is Stjepan Smoljanec Jug. He collected 4.5 kilograms of bottle caps himself.

After the sale of the caps, the money received will be paid for the UNICEF School of Africa program. This activity was also carried out as part of our Erasmus + project “Let’s Think Sustainable”. The goal of this sustainable activity is to make students aware of sustainable development and encourage our students to make a personal contribution to achieving these goals. /Ivona Siladi/
