Alexandria High School and High School Graduates Celebrated in Vedea Forest Park

In Alexandria, the emphasis is on education and on rewarding those who strive to be better every day and who want to get the best school results possible. As we have become accustomed to, the month of May of each year is a special one for the graduates from our city.

As every year, the students of the six high schools in Alexandria paraded through the streets of the city, starting from the high schools where they were studying to Vedea Forest Park where their parents, grandparents, and friends were with them at this special moment in their lives. On this occasion, the heads of promotion of each high school in Alexandria received diplomas from the town hall and were offered flowers.

Also, over 370 students from Alexandria were celebrated on High School Graduation Day, an event that took place on May 30, 2022, in the Vedea Forest Park in Alexandria. The municipality congratulated the 8th grade graduates, graduation 2022, from the 5 middle schools in Alexandria and awarded prizes to the 17 heads of promotion. Congratulations to the heads of promotion of the “Mihai Eminescu” Gymnasium School: Drăghici Octavian Gabriel, Groseanu – Lungu Teodora Eva, Preda Daria Marina!

Both moments are important in the lives of students because they open new horizons for young people. They are preparing for a new stage in a student’s life, moving from high school to high school or college.

Because time does not stop, but passes quickly, and the exam of maturity is approaching, we can only wish them much success in everything they do and make their best journey in life! /Author : Grasa Cătălin,  6 A; Photos: Valentin Dobre , 8 A/
